When some one makes a stupid scribble on a clean wall, then it just means that they are fooling around and have no respect for any one's materials/objects but for themselves. I have seen this happening in school when kids are messing around with other property. For example, scribbling on the table.
It is very important to fight against this, because it isn't right to scribble on other property. Also most people go to jail for doing things like this. If we don't fight against it, then it will keep on happening over and over again. After that happens, then it would be impossible to stop.
